		<description>Just to add on here, and share a little.. Beside social media moving so fast, it will also be adding more ad-hoc activities in this ever-changing world. I have not succeeded in my model yet, still getting around in managing more ad-hoc, than assessing through a quarterly review.  However, SMG Framework for Experimentation looks systematic in a long run.</description>
